Ramsey K. Hamadi

Ramsey K. Hamadi, CEO and Chief Financial Officer

Hamadi has more than 25 years of banking experience, including 15 years as the CFO for two public, billion-dollar financial institutions, NewBridge and Pulaski Financial Corp. Prior to joining Pulaski, Hamadi was a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and previously served in the in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Maryville University in St. Louis. He has a strong background in strategic planning, accounting, finance, compliance, investment portfolio and asset liability management. He currently serves on the board of directors and finance committee of Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro and previously served as a director and audit chair for the Old North State Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Robin S. Hager

Robin S. Hager, President and Chief Operating Officer

Hager has more than 30 years of banking experience, during which time she served in a variety of roles. She was chief administrative officer and an executive vice president at Yadkin Financial until it was acquired by First National Bank in March 2017, and held the same titles with NewBridge Bank from 2006 until it was acquired by Yadkin Financial in 2016. Hager received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She has served on the board of directors for the Greensboro Partnership, the United Way of Greater Greensboro, the Women’s Resource Center and on the advisory board for the UNCG Bryan School of Business and the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro’s Women to Women Endowment Fund.

William W. Budd, Jr.,

William W. Budd, Jr., Chief Credit Officer

Budd has more than 30 years of experience in credit administration and commercial banking. Between October 2017 and March 2019, he served as chief credit officer of HomeTown Bank, based in Roanoke, Virginia. He has also served as senior managing director with Strategic Risk Associates, a national consulting and advisory firm specializing in financial institutions. He has previously served as executive vice president and chief credit officer for NewBridge Bank, as senior vice president for SunTrust Bank’s Commercial and Commercial Real Estate groups in the Carolinas. He has also held leadership roles with Wachovia Bank and Central Carolina Bank. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Jeffrey W. Montgomery

Jeffrey W. Montgomery, Chief Banking Officer

Montgomery has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry. He previously served as a region manager and Triad market president at First National Bank, during which time he led First National’s commercial and business banking efforts. Prior to joining First National Bank in 2017, he served as Triad market president for SunTrust Bank. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking.
