COVID-19 Lobby Updates: We are STILL in this together as one community
At Triad Business Bank, as we continue to navigate a rapidly evolving environment, we’re taking every precaution to keep our customers and associates healthy. To protect you, your family, your employees, and TBB employees from exposure to COVID-19 our physical offices are closed to unscheduled visits but our team is available by appointment and virtually.
If you need to conduct business with a banker, please call your Commercial Banker, call our Greensboro Main Office at (336) 542-1470, or Contact Us to schedule an appointment. Our team is monitoring the Greensboro Main Office general mailbox during regular business hour Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM so will return your message promptly.
Our goal is to be a bank anywhere bank so many of our services (i.e. Opening new accounts, servicing, consultations, notary, etc.) are available via electronic or virtual methods. However, we realize some matters require an in-person meeting. Appointments may be made for any of the following essential activities:
- Signing loan documents
- Signing new account documents
- Deposit Transactions
- As deemed appropriate on a case by case basis.
By having scheduled appointments for our customers, we are able to adhere to recommended social distancing practices. In addition to the current NC Executive Order 147 and local government rulings, Triad Business Bank request all staff and clients to wear a mask in public areas of our offices unless the individual falls into one of the exception categories designated in the order. These extra precautions will help you and our associates stay safe.
As a reminder, please be alert of potential fraudulent attempts (via phone, e-mail, or text) to obtain your personal information or other confidential information. Triad Business Bank encourages you to review these tips from the Federal Trade Commission, Coronavirus Advice for Consumers.
As the country continues to reopen, we will update our restrictions in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders and local government rulings. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these health protections on your behalf.
In the meantime, stay safe, stay well, and stay kind.
